Teresa Geering has created a wonderful world in which Erasmus and Shasta share a love which travels through time. Erasmus does not live in Shasta’s time but spies her through a vision and feels a pull towards her strong enough for him to do whatever he has to do to place him in her time. Shasta falls in love with Erasmus and a beautiful romance is born. After all, we know the saying that loves knows no bounds and in this case the bounds are stretched a little further than in the conventional sense.
We watch the romance blossom but are introduced to a handful of influential characters, each with their own special attributes. Fate plays a part in bringing everyone together for this story……or does it? Amidst the full and powerful feelings love conjures there is danger just hidden on the outskirts. Will love win the day or will the result of danger wash it all away?
A short story is The Eye of Erasmus, only 111 pages, but it seems just the perfect length, long enough to make each page count, short enough to want us coming back for more.
The Eye of Ersamus is the first tale of Teresa Geering’s to come alive on the published page and take us away to another world. Teresa promises there will be more tales to come and those tales will have us meet again with some of the characters from The Eye of Erasmus. Having enjoyed my first journey into Teresa’s work I know there are more adventures to be had and more enjoyment to come in the future.
Many thanks to Teresa Geering for providing me with a copy of The Eye of Erasmus, taking part in an interview, making a guest post on my website and being a great comment contributor to my blog. Thank you, Teresa! I must also say a big thank you to Tim Roux for putting us in contact – thanks, Tim!
