At any one time I have quite a few books in line to be “read and reviewed”. I try to get to them all in a timely fashion and read them on a “first in, first read” basis, although in some instances I have taken and will take liberty to change my mind.
Below is what is currently on my books-to-be-read-and-reviewed shelf. Of course I have hundreds more on my to-be-read shelf but reviews aren’t specifically required for them.
This page has the following sub pages.

- Between by Cyndi Tefft
- Manic Streets of Perth Anthology by Dave Franklin

Dear Editor:
I am writing to ask whether you might consider reviewing either of my two new books of poetry released in 2010. All That Gorgeous Pitiless Song won the most recent Many Mountains Moving Book Prize and was released in April. Endorsed by Peter Campion, David Baker, Barry Spacks and Susan Griffin, it has been reviewed in several journals, including (next issues of) The Missouri Review and The Pedestal Magazine and others. A second book, God, Seed: Poetry & Art About the Natural World combines my poetry and artist Lorna Steven’s art and will be released by Tebot Bach Press on 9/25/10. God, Seed is endorsed by William Kittredge, author of Hole in The Sky and Owning It All, as well as by Bay Area artist William Wiley and poets Troy Jollimore and Susan Terris.
I earned my MFA in poetry from Warren Wilson College in January 2010. My chapbooks (Dark Card and Mom’s Canoe) won the Robert Phillips Poetry Chapbook Awards in 2007 and in 2008 and have been widely reviewed, most recently in Blueline, The South Carolina Review and The Spoon River Poetry Review, as well as in The Hudson Review, reprinted in Poetry Daily. (For links, please visit http://www.rebeccafoust.com.) My recent poetry appears in The Hudson Review, Margie, North American Review, Spoon River Poetry Review, Verse Daily and others.
Thank you for considering this. If you are interested, please respond with the mailing address to which the presses should send review copies.
Sincerely yours,
Rebecca Foust
